All payments via our sites are processed using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, whereby all your sensitive information is encrypted to protect your privacy. Goodfarms works with Stripe for all online payments. We currently accept all debit cards and Visa and MasterCard credit cards for payments.

About Pre-Order Products
Sometimes we have “Pre-Order” products on sale, which means the products are on pre-sale and can not be delivered within 3 business days as other normal products we sell. Please be aware that these Pre-Order products will only be delivered within 3 business days from the delivery date stated on the Pre-Order page.
If your order contains “Pre-Order” products, all the items in your order will be delivered together in one delivery. If you would like to receive the normal products first, please place a separate order for them.

Refund Policy

We work very hard to ensure all our online customers are 100% satisfied with our products and service. We have strict policies in place to ensure the high quality of products when packed. Quality is our highest priority. If you find any quality issues, we are happy to make a refund/credit to your account. However, Refunds for any other reason will not be accepted.
We cannot accept returns of any food that have been used or opened. In some cases, we may request a food item to be returned before a refund or replacement can be issued and in some cases the cost of freight for returning the item will be the customer's responsibility.

Refund claim must be made within 48 hours from delivery. The amount paid by voucher can not be exchanged for cash and can not be refunded.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Due to differences in monitors, colours of products may also appear different to those shown on the site, which is not a quality issue.
