These terms apply when you order from the GoodFarms website. By placing an order you accept them.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm it by email. Produce is subject to availability, and we may decline or refund an order if stock runs out.
Prices and payment
Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Delivery
Delivery timing and fees are described on our delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.
Cancellations
You can cancel before your order is dispatched by contacting us. Once dispatched, our returns policy applies.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
