This statement explains what personal information we collect when you use the GoodFarms website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you place an order or create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and order history. If you subscribe to our emails we store that preference as well.
Why we collect it
We use your information to accept and deliver your order, to provide support, to keep accounting and tax records, and to send you marketing only if you have opted in.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with the payment providers that process your payment, the couriers that deliver your order, and our accounting platform. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax law requires. If you ask us to close your account, we remove or anonymise the details we are not legally required to keep.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 20 working days.
