How we deliver your eggs, and what happens if something is not right with your order.
Delivery areas and timing
We deliver across the Auckland area. Order by 4 pm and we aim to deliver within 5 business days, Monday to Friday.
Delivery fees
A delivery fee is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
If something is wrong
Eggs are a perishable food, so please check your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, short or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace or refund it.
Returns
Because eggs are perishable we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 still apply in full.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Bank transfer orders are refunded by internet banking, which may take a few business days.
